Return Policy

Super Fluffy Clothing Store (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which merchandise purchased through our website may be returned or exchanged. By completing a purchase, the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The following categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: clearance items, promotional items, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories designated as “non-returnable.”

2. Return Procedure

  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return package.

  • You are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) to prevent damage in transit. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during shipment.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of merchandise that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the merchandise is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.
