    Lost or Missing Packages

    If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
    We will file a claim and either resend or refund your order.

    • Be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
    • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Have all original tags attached.
    • Be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.
    • Be in the same condition in which you received it.

    We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet these requirements.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

    • Clearance and final-sale items
    • Undergarments and intimate apparel
    • Swimwear
    • Accessories specifically identified as non-returnable
    • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
